Yes for Ohio’s Energy Future filed an initiative petition with the Ohio Attorney General, called The Ohio Clean Energy Initiative. The Initiative would to Ohio Constitution, Article VIII, Section 2, a bond issue for purposes of improving clean energy infrastructure; research and development related to clean energy, in support of Ohio industry ; and develop sites and facilities in Ohio related to clean energy.
Attorney General action is due by November 22, 2013.
