FreedomOhio says that they have collected enough signatures to put an initiative petition on the ballot in November 2014 to legalize same sex marriage in Ohio.  The Freedom to Marry and Religious Freedom Amendment would repeal the Ohio Constitution’s ban on gay marriage which Ohio voters approve in 2004, and replace it with the following:

..marriage shall be a union of two consenting adults, not nearer of kin than second cousins, and not having a husband or wife living, and no religious institution shall be required to perform or recognize a marriage.
